Over a long time running the business online on the Nop ecommerce platform, they met with some significant issues with its performance and design.
The key challenge of the project was the migration from Nop Commece to Magento. There are 20000+ products were added to the Nop version, and they had the database of customers and orders received. As a Magento development company, our challenge was to conserve the data while migrating from Nop. Another challenge was with regard to enabling multi vendor functionality on an existing omni-channel website.
Time-to-market was essential for Wafi, so they decided to launch a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in 4 weeks time. Given the hard launch date, there was little room for any errors.

The second challenge was also overcome by integrating muti-vendor extension from Magento marketplace for enabling the website with marketplace functionality.
We have added a slew of extensions and services from Amasty, CedCommerce, Mageplaza, Cart2Quote, Algolia to tune up the site’s performance, improved layered navigation, advance search and other unique custom functionality for better customer experience.
